The flagship test
🧠 The Full Brain Test
Five quick challenges — reflexes, number memory, visual recall, focus, and mental math — combined into one Brain Score on a familiar scale where 100 is average. It takes about five minutes. Work somewhere quiet, and don't switch tabs mid-test.
- 1. Reaction Speed — Reflexes
- 2. Number Memory — Memory
- 3. Visual Recall — Recall
- 4. Focus — Attention
- 5. Quick Math — Math
What Brain Score means
Brain Score averages five short challenges onto a familiar scale where 100 is typical. It tracks fluid skills — speed, memory, attention, and arithmetic fluency — not knowledge, personality, or mental health. Use it to spot which domain to train, then practise that full test on this site.
In real life, these domains show up when you drive alertly, hold a phone number, follow a diagram, ignore distractions, or check a bill. Sleep and practice move the needle more than wishing for a higher number.
Score guide
- 130+ — exceptional for this battery
- 115–129 — well above average
- 85–114 — typical range for most adults
- 70–84 — below average; train weak domains and retest when rested
- Under 70 — often fatigue or distraction; do not treat as a clinical result
Frequently asked questions
Is this an official IQ test?
No. Licensed IQ tests are administered under controlled conditions with standardised norms. Brain Score borrows the mean-100 scale for readability only.
How often should I retake it?
Once a week is enough to see training trends. Daily retests mostly measure familiarity with the mini-tasks.
What should I do with a weak domain?
