Free Brain Tests and Cognitive Training Games

Measure your brain across four domains — speed, memory, attention, and skill — with scientifically grounded tests you can take right in the browser. Take the full brain test for a composite Brain Score, or drill into individual tests like reaction time, digit span, word memory, the Stroop test, dual n-back, and the chimp test. Every result shows how you compare with other players. Free forever, no account required, works on phone and desktop.

How the tests work

Every test here is modelled on a task from experimental psychology — digit span, the Stroop effect, the Corsi block task, dual n-back, simple reaction time. You play the task, we score it in its native unit (milliseconds, digits, levels, words per minute), and your result is placed on a distribution of player scores so you instantly see the percentage of people you beat.

Your personal bests stay on your device — we never ask who you are. Scores submitted to the global rankings are completely anonymous.

Train what you measure

Testing is the fun part; the gains come from retesting. Reaction time sharpens with alertness and practice, memory span grows with chunking strategies, Stroop scores climb as your focus improves, and typing speed responds to technique more than talent. Each test page explains what it measures, what a good score looks like, and exactly how to improve it.

Start with the Full Brain Test to find your weakest domain, then train it with the individual tests. Come back in a week and watch the percentiles move.
